When a client is looking for a campaign, we attend an initial meeting and firstly define which service they need and whether we are in a position to help them.
Link 2 has a "Unique 5 Stage Process" that our sales managers work to with all prospective clients. Once the proposal is accepted the second meeting is where the chosen telemarketer with the relevant skill and experience is matched with the client, armed with the notes from the first meeting and knowledge from the clients' website. This is the stage where the telemarketer starts to take ownership of the campaign with the full support of the Sales Manager. The brief begins to form including the full aims and objectives of the client.

If you supply data to Link 2, the data remains your own. Under no circumstance will your data be used for any other campaign or client. At the end of the campaign the data is obviously returned to you.
On 25th June 2004 the Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) was introduced. From this date, any UK business is able to register its telephone numbers with the Telephone Preference Services on the 'do not call' list. It is an offence to make sales calls to any of these numbers 28 days after the company has registered them. The maximum fine for making a sales call to these numbers is £5000.
